Notes: - The CLI falls back to FABRIC_WORKSPACE_REPO_DIR and FABRIC_ENVIRONMENT if not provided by flags. - For local development and tests, set FABRIC_ENVIRONMENT=local. - When deploying to Fabric or extracting metadata, authenticate via browser or provide service principal credentials above.
